I try to have a Chinese meal once a week--we love Chinese food and it helps to remind us to pray for China and the people in China that we love. This dish is actually one that Elijah will eat and eat and eat... there are not many dishes like that for Elijah. :)

Send me the recipe on what you made. I still have to cook huge meals for everyone on Wednesday and I like to make different things. I run out of ideas quickly.
